So, this post is a combined post. I promise (well, I'll try to promise) never to do this again. It's been a crazy busy couple of weeks and I honestly haven't been on the computer much. Can you believe that???
22 weeks & 23 weeks
Size of baby: a grapefruit...although I feel like he's bigger than that.
Movement: During the day, I get little flutters here and there. But at night when I'm laying down, he goes wild. He does huge turns and flips and I can see my whole tummy go lopsided, and he kicks up a storm! If I push on a part of my tummy, he'll kick that area. He follows my pokes...so cute! :D Laying in bed with Dave and watching him kick and talking to him is honestly the best part of the day!
Symptoms: Wicked, wicked heartburn the last couple of days. Like an idiot, I had a jalapeno bagel on Monday, and ever since then it's like I opened the portal to heartburn of death. Luckily milk before bed allows me to sleep...Dave's getting me TUMS tonight. I'll be popping those biotches like candy!
Total weight gain: 9-10lbs.
Sleep: I wake up in the middle of the night wide awake...what that's about, I don't know?
Food aversions: Nothing! Love food.
Cravings: Nothing in particular!
Emotions: Happy and excited. Lately I've been over emotional at how lucky we are to have this little guy coming. What did we do to deserve this?! :D
What do you miss: Real sushi, cold cuts that are cold, lots of coffee...
Maternity clothes: Yepper!
Wedding rings on or off: On.
Boy or girl: Little man.
Next appt: July 30.
Best moment(s) this past week: The weekend...lol.
What are you looking forward to this week: Spending the day looking at nursery stuff, then going to the in-laws with my parents for a BBQ.
